Let us introduce ourselves! The BC in BCAE stands for Ben Craven, the AE is for Arron El-Ammar. We’re friends from university and now Co-Directors at BCAE Architects.
We’re based in Euxton, near Preston, and have office space in Manchester, covering the whole of the North-West. With over 100 successful projects, we are passionate about delivering bespoke designs that are simple, engaging, and beautiful—always striving to surpass your expectations.
We are passionate about our work, from bespoke new homes, extensions, conversions, renovations and adaptations to larger scale residential schemes and commercial properties.

At BCAE, we don’t just stop at architecture—we also offer tailored interior design services, ensuring every space is as thoughtfully crafted on the inside as it is on the outside.
We’re lucky enough to work with some great consultants, and when we need a specialist craftsperson or heritage expert, we know who to call. They’re very much part of the team too, and we’ll always appreciate what they bring to the table.
From sharing your 3D design using our virtual reality headsets, to handing over your keys, we’ll work together with you and take care of everything from start to finish.
