Throughout the process we use detailed 3D visualisation to help you fully understand the proposals before any decisions are made.
Where Planning Permission or Listed Building Consent is required, we prepare and manage the entire application, working closely with consultants and the local authority to give your project the greatest chance of success.

Detail
Curating the Detail & Finding the Builder.
Exceptional homes are built on exceptional information. Once the design is approved, we develop every element of the project in detail, coordinating the wider consultant team and producing the comprehensive technical information required for Building Regulations approval and construction.
We carefully resolve the junctions, materials, lighting, joinery and specifications, ensuring nothing is left to chance. We then manage a competitive tender process, helping you appoint the right contractor with confidence and ensuring you have a clear understanding of costs before work begins.
