A new build detached family dwelling replaced an existing property that had been unoccupied for a number of years.

Externally the works included new brick boundary walls, sliding timber gates, a new driveway and landscaping. To the rear: a kitchen, a new formal garden, terrace and roof terrace completed the home for the family to enjoy.
