Ben Craven Architects have worked closely with the client for this project in Southport to truly transform their home for the needs of a family in the 21st Century.

A new rear extension is proposed, creating a larger kitchen with strong connections to other spaces within the home, having an open plan feel that can be separated when required. Creating truly multifunctional spaces.

To the side we have proposed a first-floor extension over the existing garage for a large master suite, include walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and rear balcony.
