Brook Avenue

We are currently working on the concept design for the complete remodel to the back of this existing detached dormer bungalow. The designs will include a new master suite that takes advantage of the views of open countryside to the rear and a complete remodel of the ground floor.

Having presented the initial scheme to the client we are now working on producing the planning application which will be followed by a building regulations application and then a tender package. With a view to starting on site in summer 2023.
