11A Wham Lane

We completed work for this client on a previous property, a 2 storey side extension. They loved the spaces created so when they bought a new house we were appointed to improve the living accommodation at the rear of the property.

The house had a traditional layout, and the client wanted to create a similar open plan feel that we had created at their previous property. The rear element contained a utility room at ground floor, and a bathroom at first floor, the ceiling heights in these room was a lot lower than the rest of the house. we worked closely with the structural engineer to ensure this would not effect the feel of the space if we had to have a lower section of ceiling.

We produced several design options for the extension, both internally and externally to present back to this client. 3D visuals assisted in this conversation to allow the client to better visualise the space and proposals.
